All Frisby products are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Q: What is the difference between integral and boom type microphone?
A: Boom type mics are on the end of and adjustable arm or boom, integral mics are mad into the cable.

Q: Is local pick-up available?
A: Limited local pickup is available by appointment for some products. Handling fees may apply.

A: We prefer PayPal. We also accept checks on money orders through the mail, and we can process Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express over the telephone.

Q: How can I combine shipping?

A: Please contact us to report the damage. If your package is insured we can assist to file a claim for the damage and ship you a replacement product. Please retain the damaged product and the package until the issue is resolved.

Q: What should I do if the item I received is not functioning properly?
A: Please contact us for support. Our support staff will respond to your request within 24 hours. We will glady assist you with setup and installation of your new product. We can also provide diagnostic assistance for malfunctioning items. The defect rate is very low, most issues can be resolved in the field simply and quickly, without a return.
