Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it at your expense for an exchange, an upgrade, store credit or a refund. Store Credit / Upgrades: - Returns for store credit must arrive within sixty (60) days of the purchase date.
- There are no re-stocking or handling fees.
- The Buyer is responsible for insurance and return shipping to the Seller.
- Product should be returned in the original package in saleable condition.
- Buyer receives credit for the full amount.
- Credit may be applied to any purchase from our Ebay Store
Store Credit is the best option for returns, it recovers the most value for the buyer and provides the most options. Exchange: - Returns for store credit must arrive within sixty (60) days of the purchase date.

- Refunds will use the original payment method.
- Refunds are limited to the item value. Shipping charges are excluded.
When making a return please include a note with the Name the item was purchased under, your Shipping Address, and eBay Item #, a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please indicate if you prefer an exchange, upgrade, store credit or refund. All Frisby products are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is limited to exchange of the defective product. Damage due to abuse , misuse or alteration of the product is excluded. Shipping fees are non-refundable
